Purpose of CCTV
- To maintain a safe and secure environment for members, guests, and staff
- To protect property and prevent theft, misuse, or damage
- To allow remote monitoring for security and operational purposes when the team is offsite
- To assist in reviewing incidents or operational issues if they occur
Where Cameras Are Placed
Cameras are located in shared and common areas only, such as:
- The entrance and lobby/reception area
- The hotdesk zone and meeting room
There are no cameras inside private offices or areas intended for personal use.
How Footage Is Used
- Recordings are viewed only when required for safety, operational, or investigative reasons
- Access is restricted to authorised personnel only
- Footage is kept for a limited period before being automatically deleted, unless needed for investigation or legal purposes
